Most orders above a certain value amount get free delivery. For other orders, our delivery charges are low and economical. The actual delivery cost is calculated by the system depending on the delivery address and the weight.
To see the amount charged, add items to your card and proceed to the checkout page.
Delivery for most orders take between 0-3 days to be delivered.
After ordering, you will receive an email message confirming your order. We immediately confirm you payment and pack your to be order ready for delivery.
We will automatically send you a receipt which serves as an official invoice for your order.
If you need to change your order, contact us via phone, email or social media as soon as you can and we will change the order for you.
PAYMENT, REFUND & RETURNS
Petsasa accepts payment via mobile money payments, card, paypal or direct bank transfers. All our payments are safe and secure. Industry standard security measure are deployed across the site.
A Wishlist is like a pocket that stores a list of the items that you want to buy in the future. When you are ready to order, you can easily find them in the wishlist.
If you receive a damaged or wrong product, immediately contact us quoting your order number and include clear pictures of the product.
Our team will look into the issue and respond within 24 hours. Thereafter, if determined, a refund or an exchange will be issued.
You can change or cancel an order by navigating to the orders page on your Petsasa account.
We give refunds if a customer receives a defective or broken items.
